Event Overview

The Korea Health Industry Development Institute (KHIDI) is an affiliated institute under the Korea Ministry of Health and Welfare that provides professional support programs designed to both enhance South Korea's domestic health industry and enhance the utilization health and medical solutions in other countries. KHIDI has facilitated partnerships with other governments to assist with the provision and procurement of essential equipment and medical supplies for COVID-19 response. KHIDI is organizing this year’s Global Healthcare Procurement Conference on October 25-29 2021. This will be a pre-recorded webinar with participants from Korea and other countries. The Conference provides a forum for industry experts to share their experience with international health and medical related procurement, with a focus on challenges including maintaining the balance of meeting essential needs, ensuring quality/transparency, vaccine policy and integrity of the procurement/supply chain systems.
