InnoSEAL Plus DL features a synergistic Dual-Layer patch mechanism biomimicking the underwater adhesive properties of mussels:

- Active Hemostatic Layer(Chitosan-Catechol): Upon contact with blood, it rapidly crosslinks with blood proteins (albumin, fibrinogen) to form an insoluble Blood Protein Barrier (BpB) within seconds, achieving robust physical and chemical sealing.

- Protective Sealing Layer (Gelatin Sponge / White Side): Absorbs more than 20 times its weight in fluid to concentrate endogenous clotting factors, while providing tamponade compression and preventing instrument adhesion.
